Tower Realm System Cultivating Chapter 1

Eighty floors of transmigration, still solved with keys and ATK.

System Cultivating

System Cultivating is the base game’s longest chapter at 80 floors. The Steam blurb is a system-novel pitch: Su Yu transmigrates into a vast cultivation world and starts cultivating with the power of a System. Under the skin it is still a Magic Tower. Doors still eat keys. Illegal fights still deal zero. The calculator still wins arguments.

Do not open this first. Finish Destined Melody so the handbook is a reflex. Saga Chapter 1 is optional before this if you want story warmth. Cultivation chapters add extra meters, ranks, or shop-like System screens. Those extras are new ways to spend a budget, not a reason to ignore items.

What “System” should mean for a solver

In web-novel terms, a System hands quests and cheats. In a Magic Tower, a cheat that prints infinite yellow keys would collapse the puzzle. Assume the System is a structured shop, a quest list, or a cultivation rank that behaves like ATK/DEF gems with extra flavor. Until a patch notes page says otherwise, price every System reward like a shop: does it create a breakpoint for a forced fight?

If a System window looks like grinding, reread How to play. Tower Realm’s collection pitch is thinking over grinding. An 80-floor chapter that required laps would contradict the launcher. If you find yourself walking circles, you missed a door or a rank-up item, not an EXP trick.

Session length

Eighty floors is a weekend, not a lunch. Use multiple saves. Verify Steam Cloud after long sessions (Getting started). When you are tired, stop on a stair, not in a new monster room. Controls mistakes multiply when cultivation menus sit next to movement keys.

A Green Key first pass is reasonable here. Extra rules plus twenty more floors than Destined Melody is a lot of new information. Take notes on which System purchases mattered. Then attempt hardcore if you still like the chapter.

Compared with the rest of the shelf

Versus Destined Melody: fewer classic tells, more novel tone, twenty extra floors. Versus Saga: less “amateur serialized traveler,” more transmigration tropes. Versus Rhythm Cultivation: no advertised rhythm-game skill, but still a long exam. Versus Saga Chapter 2: this is base content; that is paid and 105 floors.

If you bounce off the cultivation flavor, you have not failed the collection. Go back to the homage or the traveler story. The Towers Hub exists so you can switch without pretending every chapter is for you. The review is honest that a $4 launcher is a sampler.

Keep combat and routing open anyway. Cultivation skin or not, a bat with higher DEF than your ATK is still a wall. Official screenshots on this page show the chapter’s look. The System will not replace the handbook.

First weekend plan

Block the chapter into four groups of twenty floors in your notes. After each group, recount keys and HP. If you are poorer, you toured. If a System rank-up is sitting behind a blue door, price that door like any other shop: does it create a breakpoint for a forced fight on the stair path? If not, leave it. Getting started Cloud checks still apply on a long cultivation weekend. Controls still say tap near doors. When you finish Chapter 1, Custom Mode is dessert, not a substitute for the notes you should already have. Then look at Rhythm Cultivation only if the pitch still sounds fun, or return to Destined Melody for a hardcore exam you skipped.

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers to the most common Tower Realm questions.

How long is System Cultivating?

Chapter 1 is listed at 80 floors in the base game. It is the longest included tower before DLC.

Is this an idle cultivation game?

No. It is a Magic Tower with a cultivation story skin. Progress is still route, keys, and calculable combat, not AFK laps.

Should I Green Key Chapter 1?

A teaching run is reasonable because of extra rules and length. Try Destined Melody without Green Key first so you know the difference.
