Tower Realm Saga Chapter 2: A Thousand Towers Journey

The serialized traveler continues — only if you want another hundred floors.

A Thousand Towers Journey

A Thousand Towers Journey is the Steam name attached to Tower Realm :The Saga of Tower Chapter 2. It is DLC. It requires the base game. Chapter 1’s 65 floors are already in the launcher; this pack unlocks the second chapter. The store’s floor math is unusually specific: 105 floors total, made of a 65-floor main tower, a 25-floor side tower, and 15 hidden or story floors.

That split is the planning fact. You are not buying “a bit more Saga.” You are buying a main climb the size of Chapter 1 plus a side dungeon plus hidden floors. Read The Saga of Tower Chapter 1 page first. If you bounced off the traveler story, do not buy this to “finish the collection.” The Towers Hub still has Destined Melody and System Cultivating.

How to spend 105 floors

Treat the 65-floor main tower like another Chapter 1: saves before shops, handbook on new enemies, keys counted against the whole main climb. Treat the 25-floor side tower as optional until you know it is required. Side content in Magic Tower serials is often where yellow keys go to die. Items still ranks stairs over tourism.

The 15 hidden or story floors are the spoiler trap. We will not guess their unlocks. If the game points at a red door, a NPC, or a post-credits stair, save and follow it. If a wiki tells you to burn a key on a blank wall, ignore that wiki — including us, if we ever get sloppy.

Difficulty and Green Key

A Green Key first pass is reasonable. You already learned the traveler in Chapter 1; Chapter 2’s job is length and extra structures. Notes from Chapter 1 (which shops mattered, which enemy families were illegal) will transfer better than raw HP. Then hardcore if you want the diploma.

Combat is still ATK minus DEF. The calculator does not care that the world is called Tower Realm. Combat and routing does not care that a side tower exists. Calculate the tile in front of you.

Money and time

Launch price was about $1.79 on discount. Time cost is the real price: 105 floors after you already played 65. If Chapter 1 felt like enough novel, stop. If you want the serialization, buy it, install, and confirm the chapter appears in the launcher before the refund window closes. Details sit on the DLC page.

Compared with Rhythm Cultivation, this DLC is story-forward rather than rhythm-forward, and 10 floors shorter on the headline number — but the side and hidden split can feel longer if you chase 100% rooms. Completionism is optional. The store did not sell you a duty.

Keep Getting started Cloud habits. Keep controls taps near doors. Keep the review in mind: the launcher is a sampler, DLC is for people who already liked a chapter’s voice. Official header art on this page is the DLC capsule, downloaded locally.

A sober buy checklist

Finish Chapter 1’s 65 floors. If you wanted more traveler, buy this pack. If you wanted more puzzle without the serial, stay on Destined Melody or System Cultivating. After install, confirm the chapter appears in the launcher before the refund window closes. Plan the 65-floor main climb first, then decide whether the 25-floor side tower is required. Hidden floors wait for the game to point at them. Bring the calculator and the items budget. That is the whole sequel.

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers to the most common Tower Realm questions.

Is Chapter 1 included in this DLC?

No. Chapter 1 is in the base Tower Realm launcher. This DLC unlocks Chapter 2, listed as A Thousand Towers Journey.

How are the 105 floors split?

Steam lists 65 main, 25 side, and 15 hidden or story floors. Plan the main climb first; treat side and hidden as extra until the game says otherwise.

Do I need Rhythm Cultivation too?

No. The two launch DLC packs are separate add-ons. Buy the story sequel, the rhythm chapter, both, or neither.
