Tower Realm DLC and Future Towers
Two paid chapters on day one, more promised as the shelf grows.
The store is explicit: buying Tower Realm unlocks standard content and a launcher. Future towers ship as DLC and start from that same hub. On 11 August 2026 that future was already two packs. This page is the shopping and ownership guide. Chapter strategy lives on Rhythm Cultivation and A Thousand Towers Journey.
What you own without DLC
The base launcher includes Destined Melody (60 floors), The Saga of Tower Chapter 1 (65 floors), and System Cultivating Chapter 1 (80 floors). That is already a weekend. If you have not finished Destined Melody, do not buy DLC to “have more game.” Finish the homage. Read Getting started.
Pack one: Rhythm Cultivation Chapter 1
App 4613830. About $1.99 list, $1.79 on the launch discount. 115 floors. Yun Jiu, rhythm-game skill as power, QQ group listed on the store. Requires the base game. Longest launch chapter. First pass with Green Key is reasonable. Skip it if you hate rhythm layers — the review says the sampler is allowed to be incomplete.
Pack two: Saga of Tower Chapter 2
App 4613820. Same price band. Named A Thousand Towers Journey in the DLC body. 105 floors: 65 main, 25 side, 15 hidden or story. Chapter 1 is not in this pack; it is already in the launcher. Buy this if you liked the traveler, not if you want a generic extra dungeon.
Bundles on the store
Steam also showed bundles with other Kitchen Group / Charge Piggy titles (Chronicle of Scarlet, Requiem of Reuinis). Those are separate games. A bundle discount is not a Tower Realm chapter. Do not install the wrong app and then search this wiki for its monsters.
Future DLC
The about text promises continuously updated tower content. There is no public calendar in Steam news as of this writing. When a third pack appears, it should get a tower page, a screenshot download, and a line here with a date. Until then, do not pre-write fake floor counts.
Practical install notes
DLC will not launch without the base app. Family Sharing follows the base license. Cloud should carry DLC progress; still check timestamps. System requirements do not change because you added 115 floors — storage might. The recommended 4 GB disk headroom is the number to watch, not the GPU.
If you only buy one pack, buy the chapter whose tone you already liked. Story people: Saga 2. System-novel people: wait and see, or try Rhythm if the pitch sounds fun. Classic puzzle people: you may never need DLC. The Towers Hub and links page will still be there.
After you click purchase
Install from the same Steam library as the launcher. Open Tower Realm, confirm the new chapter is listed, then make a Cloud save before you play. If the chapter is missing, verify game files and the DLC license. Do not start a 115-floor run on a machine you have not tested with system requirements. Do not Green Key by accident because the DLC menu sits next to a difficulty toggle — read Green Key first. When a third pack eventually appears, it should get a tower page and a line on this one with a real date. Until then, the shopping list is two packs, two tones, and a base game that is already a weekend without them. Pair this page with the review if you are still arguing with yourself, and with Getting started if you have not launched Destined Melody yet.
Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers to the most common Tower Realm questions.
Which DLC should I buy first?
Neither, until Destined Melody is done. Then buy Saga Chapter 2 if you liked the traveler, or Rhythm Cultivation if a 115-floor rhythm-cultivation pitch sounds fun.
Does DLC require Tower Realm?
Yes. Both launch packs are Steam add-ons for app 4550370.
Is more DLC dated?
Not publicly. The store says towers will keep arriving. This page will list them when they exist.
